We design and build on all residential plot sizes in Pakistan — including 5 marla, 7 marla, 10 marla, 1 kanal, 2 kanal, 4 kanal, and 8 kanal homes, as well as farmhouses and villas on larger land parcels. Each design is customised to the plot dimensions, orientation, climate, and your family’s specific requirements. We handle all government approvals on your behalf — including LDA (Lahore Development Authority) approval for residential and commercial projects, DHA NOCs across all phases, Bahria Town approvals, and society-level permissions. Our drawings are prepared to comply with all applicable by-laws.

Every payment is tied to a specific deliverable or construction stage, and all terms are documented contractually before work begins. We accept bank transfers and standard international remittance channels.

Every material specification and finishing detail is documented in your contract before construction begins. During the build, you receive photographic evidence of each stage — from foundation steel and concrete pours to tile installation and paint finishes. Every project is led by a PCATP-registered architect, and we follow Pakistan’s professional architectural standards. At handover, you receive complete as-built drawings, material records, and warranty documentation.

Yes. Structural work, MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) systems, and finishing work come with documented warranties as part of the handover package. Scope and duration of warranties are specified in your construction contract.
